“Very clean and good rate! ”

“The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only (very minor) complaint I had was that there were no scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet (they did have egg sandwiches), and there was only one meat option. But what they had was definitely more than adequate. I really liked the Craftsman and will definitely stay there again on trips to the Syracuse……

“A sweet hideaway without meaning to be one! It is in a very peaceful setting, tucked away from the urban noise of busy living. Management and housekeeping are super friendly, very hospitable, and readily available, but without initiating any disruption of privacy and/or anonymity- making it a great spot for a respite from the hustling amidst the city streets, yet you won’t feel far at all from any downtown events, venues or sightseeing that might beckon you. There is laundry on site, great WiFi,……

“We were only there for ten hours but had an enjoyable stay. Check in was breeze and the staff was great throughout. The room wasn't huge but it was big enough. Everything was clean. It wasn't a large breakfast but it fit the bill. The hotel has a restaurant and a pub but did not have time to go to either. We had been to the town several times so we did not do any walking but everything is close by. The price fit into our budget.”
