“Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.”

“A lovely pub & hotel with good food and very attentive staff. The room was recently refurbished and was very comfortable. The only negative was that the room was cold. I raised this with reception who said they would press the boost? The heating came on for a bit and then went off again. Again I spoke to reception (I’m not particularly fussy but my hands were actually cold) and they repeated that someone will press the boost. Not ideal on a cold night. Breakfast was lovely though.”

“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”

“We had a little overnight stay at The Grand Hotel in Roker and we weren’t disappointed what a lovely hotel so clean and the staff were absolutely fantastic especially the man on reception!!so friendly nothing was a bother The beds were so comfortable we are booking again in a couple of weeks time without the children this time ha ha ”
