“Pros: close to train station and restaurants, great breakfast (semi-buffet), value for money Cons: room is a but dusty, and some rooms are located in between 2 floors so you need to climb a few steps with your luggage, rmb to send a note to the hotel if you carry heavy luggage to avoid such rooms.”

Abbie on reception took it upon herself to sort out the error and advised us to relax in the bar while she sorted it out.
