“Great spacious basement space! Neighborhood was very nice, no problems getting in, beds and living areas were very clean and comfortable. Only minor issue was it getting too warm during the night since the heat cannot be controlled from the basement. Hosts did recommend closing the vents and opening windows in the check-in info, which did mostly alleviate this. Small issue overall though, and it was a great spot for our quick stay!”

“The apartment was fresh and clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. ”

The pictures are a little dated as the fire pit outside was well worn nothing like what the picture suggest. Excellent stay and excellent communication with the owner/manager.”

“This property was perfectly situated with easy access to multiple ski mountains, 30 minutes from the airport, with great restaurants and stores a short drive away. The host was extremely helpful as we navigated a snowy day and leveraged the bus system into the mountains. The place was exactly as shown (with even better views), and included everything you would need. Highly recommend!”

“What a perfect place and location. Just minutes to mouth of Little CC (Snowbird/Alta). The apartment was huge especially for only 3 of us, but could easily fit many more. Had everything we needed and more, plus all the shopping/restaurants 5 min down the road. The garage was an unexpected bonus when it dumped snow for 2 nights in a row. Hope the price doesn’t go up too much for this hidden gem. ”

“Cabin was been nicely decorated and kept. The owner was very responsive. My only complaint would be hair from a pet or human I found on a pillow and a towel, but nothing too serious. The washer almost ate my clothes but that was a risk I took knowing it wasn’t the best after chatting with the owner. The place is centrally located in SLC, however it is located in an RV park which was not advertised. It wasn’t a problem but simply wasn’t advertised. Overall it was a great place.”

Great on the inside, a bit "dormitory" looking on

"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. "
