“Pictures are accurate. Very nicely done up inside. Be aware, there is no outside space to sit, but there is a small public pool space a short walk away. This was fine for us because we basically needed somewhere to lay our heads at night. There are some minor maintenence upkeep things needing to be done but these things didnt affect our stay(new shower curtain, front door sticks in top corner, loose tp holder, some spiderwebs way up high, etc.). Overall, for the price, it was very nicely……

“Brix-Placemakr Salt Lake City is brand new. In fact the workout area wasn’t completed yet. Room was good size & well designed. Great light relatively quiet for an Utah Pride weekend. It’s not like a bare bones Airbnb. It had a full compliment of everything from cutlery to cooking pots and pans, strainers bowls, brand new washer, dryer & TV hooked up to Roku easily accessing Netflix and other streaming accounts! “This is an amazing hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. The pool is huge, the jacuzzi is huge, and the views from the balcony are awesome. Awesome. “This location is everything! Perfect ski in/ski out. The lift did get shut down during our stay since it was the end of the season but we easily grabbed the Empire shuttle and headed over to mid mountain without issue. The condo is gorgeous and well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Now the negatives- we arrived late night and the heat was working overtime despite it being 55 out. It was 92 inside and the heat wouldn’t cut off. Had to sleep with windows open and fans full……
