“Wonderful small town hotel”

“I love the staff, the convenient location, short drive to wicklow mountains and other destinations , but this hotel is away from all the city noise! Peaceful. The restaurant in hotel has great food also! So everything is here!”

“Beautiful property although out of the way. Big portions on bar food and reasonably priced. Only couple of downsides. No cappuccinos at breakfast as like to start day with one and ac not working and had to bring in our own. Definitely work a return visit.”

“I loved this hotel, it had an old world feel which I really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The setting is beautiful. Load to see in the area, saw RedKites in Avocado, also visited Glanalough.”

“Easy check in. Very helpful reception staff. Room was clean and well maintained. The only downer was the restaurant, where the service was a bit on the slow side. We intended to have a sweet, but after waiting for the dessert menu for 20 minutes, we called it a day and asked for the bill instead. Food we had was good though.”

“Gorgeous castle. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious carriage room. We had a lovely evening meal in Hermione's restaurant at the clubhouse followed by drinks in the Keep bar. Breakfast the next morning was so nice. Lots to do and see. We couldn't fault it. ”

“Lovely place to stay, the lodges are separate to the castle. Short walk to the main castle And beside the restaurants. Room was spacious and the bed was big. The TV system /channels and remote not very good though. We did the small spa, which was lovely. 25 per person for an hour. Breakfast was in the castle for us as we stayed in Feb, otherwise I think the lodges are in hermiones restaurant. The breakfast was lovely. ”

“We could not have had a nicer stay at this Inn. All of the employees were nice and accommodating to our family traveling with two small children. They went out of their way many times to make sure we were comfortable. The food was also excellent and the service at the restaurant and bar was outstanding. I would recommend this for couples or families traveling on the area. ”
