“Had a wonderful stay in April. We were out of towners, in Pontiac for a wedding. I used to live in Pontiac back in the 80's and downtown Pontiac has really come along. We highly recommend Fillmore 13 Brewery. Yes, the house is old and it has a lot of character too. We enjoyed the multi bedroom/bathroom house and we especially enjoyed the big kitchen - we fixed breakfast there every morning. Communication with the owner was excellent - I left a coat there and arranged to pick it up the next……

“This was an excellent location to host friends. We used the Acorn for a space to get ready for our wedding. We were able to have the wedding party stay with us without feeling on top of each other. There was enough space for the guys to get ready downstairs while we got ready with hair and makeup upstairs. The Acorn was great for pre ceremony photos too. Highly recommend this stay for large groups! the guys to get ready downstairs while we had hair and makeup done upstair ”

“First, note that you are not communicating directly with the owner(s) as they use a third party based in the Philippines and that the owner(s) actually live next door, which at first was okay - but then when concerns arose, they pretty much ghosted us. Amenities were important due to the length of our stay. We arrived to a note on the counter that the washing machine and dishwasher were broken, but they would do their best to get them fixed. The washer was fixed the day prior but no attempt was……

“My family was in the area to watch some softball games near Oakland University. This house was a great price and in a nice,quiet location. While it is an older home, it was clean and had everything we needed. I was nervous about getting the check in information but received it the morning of check in, so I was worried for nothing. Good communication from the rental group.”

“The main reason for our nine nights away was to have a quiet place to sleep and rest while enjoying time with our friends in Rochester, Michigan. It was perfect!
