“We were looking for a pet-friendly stay during our move from Florida to out west. The Hive was an extremely cute, well appointed and seemingly professionally decorated stay with a large, fully fenced in back yard for our fur babies to run and sniff after being cooped up in the car for 10 hours. Will definitely keep in mind for any other cross-country trips.”

“I selected this property for all its amenities for kids and adults that want to be kids again. The house was perfect. The owner so kind and attentive. The fun stuff was endless. The barn with plenty of games. The pickleball court/basketball court is lighted for night time play. The pool and spa enjoyable. Also an inground trampoline. Also saw one deer on the property. I recommend this property for everyone. ”

“We’re from New York, and this was our fifth or sixth visit to Stephenville. My daughter will be attending Tarleton in the fall, so we’ve had the chance to explore the area quite a bit. I always prefer staying in a VRBO over a hotel, and this place was absolutely perfect! Communication with Jamie was fantastic, and the townhouse itself was beautiful—modern, spotless, and just a short walk to campus. I’ll definitely be booking this place again!”

“Came down from WI for a series Tarleton vs St Thomas MN. This house was in the perfect location for us to get to and from the ballpark in just minutes. Very cozy well stocked home. Just a short drive to Hico for some sightseeing and shopping! Host had great restaurant recommendations and was easy to communicate with. ”

“We loved the home and back yard area. The home was clean and comfortable. They need a grill for the back patio and the Internet was out for the entire stay we were there so the TVs didn’t work. The home post says there are animals on the property, but there are a LOT of animals right next to the back yard. Lots of chickens and turkeys. Sleeping in is not really an option with the roosters. But we loved the home. The management was attentive and quick to help with communication.”
