“We decided to rent one of these little cabins instead of paying the high priced hotels which they raise the prices. Because the local hotels get updates from the college on key events are going to happen.. we used to stay in the hotel in that area but moving forward, we will not we would rather give somebody that’s hard-working money. The process was perfect from the minute we booked and the communication was exceptional. Our host was very informative.”

“We stayed in ‘Alice’ and it was just fine for 2! It is small but quaint and very clean!! Location is away from any Stephenville traffic - easy to get to! Will be back! Owners communicated quickly prior to our stay. I think this place will be very popular!”

“Early check in, so had time to scope out everything to ready when guest arrived. Fridge and grill could have been wiped off before we got there, but both worked well. It was nice to have the ice maker. If you’re going to cook, bring some extra paper towels. ”

“This house met our needs for 4 couples perfectly! Great location to restaurants and shops. Kitchen was well- equipped. I left an item behind and the host was super-accommodating to help me retrieve it. I would absolutely recommend this home and would return. ”
