“When I arrived at the house I was greeted by the beautiful scent of jasmine and magnolia. The front courtyard is so cute - I spent quite a bit of time there. (Despite being up front, it the courtyard is a surprisingly quiet oasis). The flowers and all the birds singing made it so special.The house is so darn cute. Whomever decorated this place did an incredible job. The house was clean and well located. I enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. Tom Petty park is close by……

“My wife and I were in Gainesville for our daughter’s graduation. Our stay was terrific. The house was close to everywhere we wanted to be, quiet, and very comfortable. Communication from Gerald was just the right amount. The home was well appointed with necessary kitchen items and the bed and shower were great. ”
