“We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s in a great area if you’re interested in shopping and dining options. There was a lot of variety! It’s also a very popular area and the hotel doesn’t have their own designated parking so that could be a challenge during busy times. The hotel does offer valet parking (but it’s pricey at $30/day). Overall, would recommend this property and would stay here again.”

“Hotel was OK. Elevators were terrible. There are 3 of them. One was broken the entire stay. On our first day there only one was working. The hotel is in need of a remodel. Bar/Lounge Staff were excellent. ”

“The hotel is located in a very nice area with a lot of options for shopping - all price points - dining and entertainment. Parking in the lower deck vs. valet parking is a plus because you can park and take the elevator up; no hotel key needed! Be sure to ask for the North Hills view side of the hotel because it is prettier than the interstate side. Breakfast was good for the $20/pp rate. ”

“For the price it was fine. Had the standard waffle, bagel, cereal, yogurt type breakfast. The room did smell like cigarettes and there was a lady that looked like she was very high on drugs outside and one instance of some other trashy behavior. None of which were on the hotel and unfortunately that’s what is found at cheaper hotels. I’ve seen way worse though so my expectations are lower than most. ”

“At check-in, Jada was amazing. The room was great all together. Not really a breakfast, just continental. The only issue was the toilet kept running if the handle was not shaken after use. ”
