“Our stay was acceptable, a few things that need to be improved in my opinion are with the front desk staff and the pool area. Every time i went to the front desk there was no one there they were always in the back room. As soon as they finished with a guest they immediately went to the back room. The hot tub in the pool was anything but hot, it was barely warm. Our room was nice, but again the water temp could have been a little better. Also fans in the bathroom are needed.”

“Upon check in, everything seemed fine; however upon entry of our room; we had a huge hiccup. Booking through the Expedia site gave us the incorrect room compared to the hotels listings. We had 5 guests and only 2 beds, no sofa sleeper as indicated through Expedia site. The General Manager was apologetic and indicated this continues to be an error in Expedia’s site; however immediately began to search for options for us despite being very busy. “Very nice place to stay. We always stay here when we’re in the area and need a place to stay. Hotel is clean, plenty of room in the room, pool, gym, friendly and helpful staff plus they have a good gratis breakfast. Can’t ask for more. ”

“Rating: 3/5 (6/10) Fitger’s has a classic, historic vibe and the beds were comfortable. The coffee was good too. But for the price, I expected more. Breakfast was only granola bars, which felt disappointing, and the place feels dated in ways that aren’t entirely charming. It’s fine if you want the landmark experience, but I’m not sure what justifies the cost.”
