“Perfect stay and location for our family and dogs. House was spotless and just what we needed. Communication with the owner was flawless. House was located right next to event venue. We stayed four nights and have ZERO complaints! Check was a breeze and kitchen was spotless and well equipped. Nice Durham decorations too. ”

“This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!”
