“Perfect home away from home for a long weekend catching up with our NC State freshman. We are from out of state and didn’t know what to expect - Perky Pineapple was exactly what we needed! Comfortable, clean, thoughtfully appointed, safe neighborhood for morning strolls, easy to work remotely and take video calls at the desk or on the patio during weekdays, convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and getting to campus and to the football game. “This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!”
