“This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!”

“Great location. Place was clean and neatly arranged, 4 bedrooms for 4 people, only "critique" would be that showers are a bit small / cramped and the matresses are more firm than either of us would have liked, but those are also personal preferences. Communication with the host was fantastic and without delays, and the price was spot on vs renting 4 hotel rooms. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you all!”
