We sat on the porch at night and listened to a symphony of birds, frogs, and a big owl in a tree across the street. We stayed with our two dogs and they were happy. Note that the fence is a split rail, so for pets they will need to stay on a leash in the yard. Hosts were easy to contact and very knowledgeable about the area. Property is described as quirky.
