“Perfect home away from home for a long weekend catching up with our NC State freshman. We are from out of state and didn’t know what to expect - Perky Pineapple was exactly what we needed! Comfortable, clean, thoughtfully appointed, safe neighborhood for morning strolls, easy to work remotely and take video calls at the desk or on the patio during weekdays, convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and getting to campus and to the football game. “Great location. Place was clean and neatly arranged, 4 bedrooms for 4 people, only "critique" would be that showers are a bit small / cramped and the matresses are more firm than either of us would have liked, but those are also personal preferences. Communication with the host was fantastic and without delays, and the price was spot on vs renting 4 hotel rooms. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you all!”
