“The best part of the stay was the included breakfast. It made up for the high cost of the room, which is small. The back deck, though not private from adjoining rooms, at least provides extra space as long as the weather is good. The woman running the breakfast room was excellent and very accommodating. Offering eggs would have been nice, but it was only continental. Still, a pleasant stay. The only real negative is the nightly rate, but that seems to be the norm. ”

“We stayed and ate at the Inn the weekend of Valentine’s Day and we had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, cozy and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and the town is very cute. I would love to come back and stay again—we still talk about it!”

“Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. “A delightful property in every way. We had comfy beds, lots of quiet (our rooms were adjacent to the elevator and we never heard a peep), loved the complimentary coffee, tea, and water. Enjoyed the public spaces and the restaurant. Easy parking, steps from Spring Street. I could go on and on, but the summary is I’d be so pleased to stay here again. ”
