“We lived this gem of a stay near downtown anchorage. Perfectly located minutes from husband's work conference, easy access and great, quiet neighborhood. They provided us with gluten free cookies and milk and a few other goodies, were super responsive and welcoming. We hope to stay here again!”

“We have stayed at one of these cottages many times. They are very well maintained, and we love the fact that they have a garage, especially when you stay in the winter and the overnight temperatures are below zero. We already have our next stay scheduled. ”

“The property was close to many amenities(good restaurants, coffee shop) a short walk away but the property itself was in a fairly run down part of town. I think a new coat of paint and some deep cleaning on the heating unit would really freshen the place up. There was a nice supply of kitchen essentials and the best quality paper towel and toilet paper. It was a very good price for what it was but we didn't love it.”

“Absolutely loved everything about this place!! Quiet, clean, above and beyond with the little extras. The guest book was a great touch. Loved reading it. The bed and pillows were perfect!!! Couldn't figure out all the light switches and ceiling fan. But it was ok with out it. Will definitely recommend and rent again!!! ”

“My wife and I stayed one night and as a hobby wood worker I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to stay at Carriage House. The timber frame structure was beautiful, the custom cabinets and trim were impeccable, and the gazebo that housed the hot tub has to been seen to be appreciated. Ladies, if your man likes to work with wood this is a place they've got to see. ”

“Small place that worked for our 2 night stay. Neighborhood was a little sketch, many homeless people walking about. However, they did not mess with our car or the place. ”

“Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful, even arranged return of a left item after our departure. The house was clean and well appointed with amenities including a variety of kitchen cooking items left behind by previous visitors. My boys loved the yard and the opportunity to play in the snow. We had issues getting into the property on arrival but a quick call to the property manager sorted things out. ”

“What a charming cabin! It was very welcoming. I greatly appreciated the instructions that were texted to us, and that were left in the cabin. That was very helpful. We had a very relaxing stay and a lot of fun. It was great to have the games and the DVDs there; our grandchildren spent a couple of nights with us, as well, because it was such a nice place. That was who we were visiting in Alaska, family. And, the cabin is so nice, that my daughter, who lives in Alaska, said she and her husband may……
