“I stayed in Anchorage as my launch point to Denali and Seward/Kenai Fjords. It was good to be able to extend my stay and book the female dorm last minute in the days in between my trips. The manager, John, splits his time between the midtown location and downtown, and I found he was the most helpful in booking my transportation and the Kenai Fjords cruise. Overall staff were friendly and keep the place tidy despite how many ppl were staying there. It is a budget hostel and nothing fancy here.……

“We stayed one night after coming back from Seward in order to make our early am flight. This suite was clean and appeared freshly remodeled with updated flooring, paint, and furniture. We enjoyed watching a couple of movies on the large TV in the living room before getting to bed.”
