The house had all the comforts of home. It was wonderful living in the country for a few days and taking many beautiful photos. Highly recommend! “We had a great stay at the farmhouse at Peaks of Otter Winery in Bedford, VA! My husband & I needed rest and relaxation and the stay at Elmo's Rest farmhouse did not disappoint!! It's remote enough in the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains for peace & quiet but close enough to town (about 17 minute drive) to get to the grocery store, gas station, and very yummy Joe's Coffee Shack where I got a Caramel Machiatto everyday :) Definitely book this if you want to retreat and spend time alone or with……

“We had an amazing stay, this home goes above and beyond to meet all your needs, many before you even know what you need! The home is gorgeous, with space for everyone to sleep, relax, eat and enjoy the view. We loved sitting in all the porches and enjoying the views, usually with a freshly brewed coffee or tea. “The old/new farm house is by far the best place we have stayed. It was amazing! The house was perfect inside and outside. Every little detail was well thought out and perfect. The bedrooms each had their own new bathrooms. The outdoor fire pit area was a big hit with our group, everything was new in the kitchen and the rest of the home.
