“Amazing would be an understatement, Beth goes above and beyond for her guests. The cabin is very secluded and right on the river. She gives you access to the property that most wouldn't. “The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting.……

“Very nice cabin, we were extremely impressed by it. It's location as perfect in relation to Lexington (maybe 5 minute drive), the surrounding scenery was very nice. The attention to detail of the cabin was very thorough as well. Cabin was clean and hygienic material provided (soap, shampoo, towels) was on par with a top notch hotel. The only room for improvement we saw were that the ironing board was actually broken down the middle and had been broken from a previous guest I suppose, so my wife……
