“During my reception they did not provide the room that should be, have to request then change it, that's what should be "Andaman Sea View". The Services was rude and not polite enough for a 5 stars. Our Suite, should have a Butler service included. “I am rating this three star only because the hotel staff worked really hard to remedy all the problems we faced other wise this would have been one star. We had reserved a three bedroom apartment for two nights, but everything went wrong from the start, from a non working parking gate key to a broken AC in one of the bedroom.
