“Tetiana was a gracious host and the house was exactly what we needed, perfectly located and very clean. The treats and well stocked kitchen and coffee station were added delights. I only wish I could have stayed longer. ”

“We went to a wedding so only stayed two days. There was plenty of space for all of us but the deck needed attention so it was not pleasant to spend time on the decks. There was a table in front with umbrella which was nice but only 4 chairs. Loved the location as it was quiet and close to town. ”

Bring some CDs or vinyl ( or buy some at the antique stores nearby) the town of Julian has lots of great food and shops! Our Host was very helpful! Enjoyed our stay!!”

“Everything about this property is even better in person. The rooms are bigger, ceilings taller, pool larger, and scenery beautiful. The check in process was simple, the house is well stocked, and there are multiple outdoor spaces. There were only two of us, but this would be a great property for two couples or for family. We'll definitely be back!”
