“Celebrating a birthday with sons and their families. Plenty of room to spread out, play games, watch a movie or even find a quiet spot to read and enjoy the spectacular view of the lake. We had a bald eagle flying whilst at breakfast and deer just the other side of fence. 12 wild turkeys were wandering up the road as we walked down to the lake. Rather a nice workout after lunch. We all enjoyed playing shuffle board and eating s’mores as the sun was setting round the fire pit. House is very well……

“This location was perfect for a quiet get away to enjoy the stars at night and some light off roading during the day. Host was pleasant and very responsive. Would love to stay there agaiy”

“We have been doing an annual NYE trip for 11 years and this is our 3rd time here! It’s a beautiful property and the house has everything we need. In the past there has been snow so we took advantage of some of the hills. This year there wasn’t snow but that meant we could enjoy outside more and play yard games. We plan to stay here again! ”

“Just a very average stay. Surfaces and linens were clean. Water filter in fridge had light on, needed to be changed. AC/furnace control panels had lights on specifying filter change needed. Towel rods and hooks were loose and/or falling off in the bathrooms. We aren't pool people so I can't review that, although it appeared clean and maintained. Nothing to actually ruin our stay, just little things here and there that could have been better to earn a 5 star review.”

“The host really thought about what guests might use like a yoga mat, good water and nice plates. The bed was a little too soft for us and we didn’t feel safe lifting a 40# water jug.
