“Sweet cottage, perfect for our family of 4.Clean, nicely decorated, plenty of towels/blankets. Appliances look new. Didn’t do any cooking on this trip but kitchen looked well stocked with anything we would need. Cara was easy to communicate with. Check in was very easy. Good location near downtown.”

“It is a quaint little rustic cabin tucked away in the woods. The deck is lovely spot to spend a morning drinking some coffee and watching the variety of birds that fly by. I had an issue with my truck and was able to quickly communicate with John about staying an extra day and even getting to check out a little later, closer to when my truck would be fixed.Definitely recommend staying here!”

“The beds were comfortable. We loved the coziness and warmth of the fireplace. The stained glass windows are so pretty and the views are gorgeous. The cleaning crew could do a better job. There was a pull-out cutting board that hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival and water was pooled at the bottom of the fridge with pieces of food floating in it. We stayed for one week and there was only 1 roll of paper towels provided, 1 additional roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no extra trash……

“We greatly enjoyed the little house, it was exactly what we were looking for! Everything we could need! Be sure to follow the owners directions to the house, not gps, they are different so trust hers. I was nervous arriving after dark, and if the roads were wet or icy it may have been difficult. But it was a dry lovely weekend. Stay here!”

“Wonderful tiny cabin. We had a great visit celebrating my husband’s birthday. Very clean with beautiful views of the natural beauty and wildness surrounding it. Was able to get some fantastic photos of the sunset from the front porch as well. Would definitely recommend it to others.”

“As the description suggests, this is a tiny little house. Kitchen is good for pre-made food brought in to store and eat. Bed is comfy and the place had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Julian.”

“Spectacular cabin experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, well-stocked, and clearly cared for with love. The peaceful surroundings, crisp mountain air, and towering trees made it feel like we were truly escaping the hustle and bustle of daily life. “I decided at the last minute to get away for four days to a VERY quiet place because my sweet, calm dog is terrified of fireworks: he trembled all night. Medicine from the vet last year didn’t help much at all. We didn’t hear a single firework at the Bungalow. It’s such a unique place; so much of the history has been carefully preserved. The great room is HUGE. Many large couches, lots of sitting chairs, several tables for generations of families or large groups. All modern kitchen appliances,……
