“It was ok but we did have some issues with the table bein taped up and no matter how much we turned the air down it stayed 80 degrees in there and it was just to hot for us to be able to sleep well. It was also impossible for us to sleep while the fire alarm in the place next to us goin off throughout the whole night. There was also quite a bit of bugs too we had to kill several of them. “Very cute place. The dining room and set was so charming, we loved spending time in there. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, plus basic salt/pepper/oil was provided. We were there during a heatwave and the place stayed relatively cool. Some fans would be helpful, only one ceiling fan that's in living room. The place was quiet and the neighborhood was safe. We took many walks. A couple good restaurants within a mile too. Could have been a little cleaner. The soles of our slippers……

“Thé neighborhood was really bad the 1st week we heard shooting every night in the street. Also the place didn’t have enough equipment for staying like, not enough plates and glasses for two people for 2 times meal in a day. Only 3 plates and 3 bowls. We had to buy our own dishes for staying there. Also the backyard fence was broken, we used a rope to close it temporary, dryer was broken we washed our clothes but we were not able to dry our clothes! We wait two days for them to dry. “We absolutely loved the Longfellow! The stairs going up to the unit were a surprise, but the trip up was so worth it! This unit has been lovingly restored, was so clean, and there was even a Christmas tree set up by the fireplace! Plenty of towels and linens, and we didn’t even notice the Highway sounds while sleeping. This will be our new go to place for trips to St Louis!”

“What a great little gem! Communication with Joe was wonderful, the check-in process was as easy as can be, and the place was clean, comfortable, and safe. We had one issue, and Joe was quick to respond and get it fixed.
