“This is an average looking hotel, but there are aspects which are five star....the staff, the service, the attitude, the hospitality, the welcome. I've been travelling five months through South America and Europe and this hotel was the BEST one I've stayed in. They bend over backwards to serve you and to make you comfortable. It was wonderful. “Hotel is in a great location in Luxor, super central with the opportunity for a river side Nile walk all the way down to Luxor Museum and Temple. Not the highest standard, but for the great price, fine for a couple nights while exploring Luxor.”

“If you only care about location and a cheap price, then this place would work for you. This hotel needs lots of TLC. For me it seems like this place used to be a very good hotel, but they have neglected maintenance. Everything was old (beyond usual wear and tear), especially the mattresses. The restaurant's prices are really inflated, and honestly for nothing. Anyhow, the reception and bell hop staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“It was beautiful journey which I stayed beside Nile. Everything was perfect. The staffs were lovely, Mr Maksa Rios is a very helpful man, and Mis Walaa keep smiling to make me feel comfortable. “The property is stunning, taxi driver hard to find front door of it though, architecture is amazing from every angle, waited shuttle boat on the eastbank 2 times for about 1 hr long, breakfast staff not friendly, the rest of the staff are kind, rooms full of beautiful details.”
