“We recently stayed at this resort to celebrate my birthday, and it was an amazing experience for our group of four—two adults and two little ones (ages 2 and 3). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how extremely clean the property was and how welcoming both the guests and staff were. “Didn’t appreciate being asked to attend timeshare presentation and even after saying no being pursued later. Level of service is poor and barely 4 star certainly not 5 star. Pools were very cold so mostly unusable during the stay. Far too many unsolicited phone calls to the room when we were trying to rest. Resort not really for me so I take that into consideration as it’s focus is more on families and party people.”
