“Beautiful modern 8000 sq foot home with multiple renting units. We stayed in one of the bottom suites that share a common living room and kitchen. We got to meet a new couple that we shared the common area with, and they were great! The common area had great TV with Canadian and American networks. “Amazing little private place. Love the outdoor kitchen and shower. Short walk to little town with about 4 restaurants so not much choices. Bring your food and drinks if you want anything else as there is t much here. We never locked our doors. Super safe to walk around. Beaches to explore are absolutely amazing. Junior has everything you need for the beach and snorkelling. Superb. Super comfy beds and great wifi. So quiet and peaceful. ”

“This condo was everything it was described as and more. So clean and roomy and comfortable. But the view was just outstanding! The host was very easy to reach and was so helpful. Being able to use the beach club was also a great experience! Great food amazing service and again the pool and the view did not disappoint. I will definitely be staying there again next time I’m in Cabo.”

“Beautiful property on the golf course with a private pool and lush greenery surrounding you. A short walk to downtown and all the shop’s restaurants and Art Walk is only a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed making our breakfast and coffee mornings in the the fully stocked kitchen and a few BBQs in the evenings on the outdoor grill. Great grocery stores nearby for all your needs! Don is a great host and we will definitely be back!! 😎😎”

“Both Tim & Sandra were wonderful! They helped us with transportation and showed us around town before we picked up our ATV. They promptly responded. They provided us with many extras that we did not expect. If we ever go back, we would definitely stay with them again. The location was right in the middle of everything & literally by the beach.”

“The penthouse condo at Cabo del Mar was better than advertised, but exactly what we hoped for!The condo was three easy flights of steps to the top of the complex. No elevator, so be prepared to make a few trips!We were charmed by the tastefully decorated spaces. Every room was well-appointed with regional, yet personal decor. “John was an excellent host! This unit was nicely refreshed with new appliances, beach towels and beach chairs and a good cooler. It’s a five minute walk to the beach, 20 minutes walk to San Jose town. Lovely restaurant around. The water purification is a bonus not to have to drag water jugs upstairs. We will go back again.”
