“You can’t beat the location! The hot tub was warm when we arrived and the pool has the perfect amount of shade and sun. We had troubles with the AC in one room, Priscilla and her team came promptly to help us and answer any questions we had. The shaded parking for your ATV is a game changer. No more hot seats for the kids you won’t regret staying here. ”

“Amazing home and location off a winding dirt road 20 minutes from Los Barriles. No crowds or tourists. Our group included 12 adult family members and there was more than enough space. Air conditioning worked great and lots of extras like an ice machine, a water purifier, and plenty of bath and beach towels. The home and property were spotless. The host, Fernando, was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. We had two meals prepared by Lucia's team and they were delicious. ”

“House is comfortable and well provisioned. Managing company very responsive and helpful. Lower level had independent beds and bathroom so privacy is great for couples. Upper level has main living space with main bedroom and bathroom. Keys can be a little confusing as bedroom on lower level had independent locks. I'd recommend the management color coordinat the keys to match the locks with paint or nail polish to avoid trying multiple times to find the correct key for the lock. ”

“We have been coming to East Cape for many years and like to try different places. This casita was spacious for 2 people, very clean, and had a WONDERFUL private dip pool and outdoor shower. The beach was a little walk, but not more than 5-8 minutes. Parking was secure inside a enclosed wall with gate. Los Barrilles is a short drive away for restaurants and groceries/renting an ATV which we used every day on beach drives. The owner was extremely responsive on a couple of queries. Had a very……

“We had a very nice stay at Casa Patricia. Really enjoyed that it was far enough away from the hub-bub of Los Barriles but close enough to get to in a matter of minutes (as long as you have some transportation). The Casa was very clean and had all the amenities (kitchen tools and appliances, bathroom, bedding, etc,.) that we needed! I would stay there again!”
