“Casa Los Arcos is a gem of a spot. The huge home and humble casita have plenty of room for three families (we had 11 total). The separation of space was great, and all the rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The backup generator was great when others on the beach lost electricity one evening. The wrap-around patio is a great feature. It offers plenty of room to be outside without being in the direct sun, perfect for reading and meals. “Amazing location if you want to experience the local culture. Walkable to everything you might need and the art district has so many shopping options and great restaurants. The condo complex is fairly new and has a nice rooftop pool and sitting area with great views. We were here for almost 2weeks and there wasn’t anything that we needed to get other than food. The place had lots of cooking supplies and was extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if available. Loved it here and……

“You can’t beat the location! The hot tub was warm when we arrived and the pool has the perfect amount of shade and sun. We had troubles with the AC in one room, Priscilla and her team came promptly to help us and answer any questions we had. The shaded parking for your ATV is a game changer. “For the four dads and four 11-year-old sons, this house made for a perfect fishing trip. Fernando was our access to fun - fishing, ATV's, and even made a great recommendation for dinner out and chefs in. “Rachel and Dave have created four authentic Mexican attached "townhouses." The place was well equipped and had a beautiful pool area. Each unit had a private outdoor patio with a table and four chairs and a rooftop BBQ with a covered table and six chairs. ”

“My family of 5 and another family of 4 spent 8 days at this wonderful La Ribera house and casita. The house and pool were amazing and we had everything that we needed cook, relax and hang out. The separate casita was perfect for additional sleeping space, especially for those in our group who liked to sleep in. The ocean was close, the pool was clean and the property manager and owner were responsive and happy to help with every need. I would highly recommend this location and look forward to……

Really enjoyed that it was far enough away from the hub-bub of Los Barriles but close enough to get to in a matter of minutes (as long as you have some transportation).
