“This house was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway by the lake. The place was clean, cozy, and well-stocked, with a beautiful kitchen, washer, and a great fireplace for chilly nights. We loved the hot tub and spent a lot of time outside grilling and kayaking. The lake access made it super easy. “This is a beautiful log home nestled in a great country setting. As stated in the online listing, there is room for everyone and space for whatever you need. There were 18 of us and no one felt cramped. The fireplace in the living room was stocked full of wood and it was relaxing to watch the fires. “Great time! We all had a blast, and more than enough space for three families. ”

“First of all, Nikki was our online host and stayed in communication with me the whole time. When we arrived at Cedar River, I found that the cabin I thought I reserved was not the one I actually reserved. Fortunately for us Nikki was there to check us in and helped us upgrade to a bigger cabin to fit our family and puppies. We stayed in the two bedroom cabin which had everything you needed to enjoy your stay and the place was very clean and well maintained. We do plan on staying there the next……

“Ensure you have AWD or 4WD and good tires. It’s a 10 miles drive on a very muddy/gravel, low maintained road with lots of holes. There were several times my van almost got stuck and I was sliding all over the road. The tree and water fountain were very cute but there were 2 dead mice around the bottom of the tree, inside the cabin. The road/driveway outside of the cabin was pure mud deep mud. The cabins are almost brand new (business est 2021) and they are continuing to build more cabins. The cabins all sleep 4+ people, but the interiors would be cramped for more than 2 because of the smaller appliances and plumbing installed. They utilize window AC/heater units that are really loud and located right next to the main bed...woke me up every time it kicked in!……
