“Location, location, location - the location of this rental could not have been better for me and my 6 year old. Right across from the park, near the zoo, kids museum and so much more. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away.We were very pleased upon arrival. Check in was seamless, entry was as described and simple, and the unit itself was just as pictured and spotless. “We stayed here for my son's 21st birthday to celebrate in Memphis! The space was great for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out. Pictures not exactly a true representation. Ping pong table not in great shape. Shuffleboard table unusable. Beds were comfortable but actual construction of the space was very poorly done. Was told there was a Keurig coffee maker but that wasn't the case. Overall was ok for our needs but not sure I would choose again unless some updates were made.”

“Great place, great location. Would definitely stay here again. Listing description and pictures are accurate. Only wishes - that the Master Bedroom blinds would have blocked the lights from across the street better and the balcony would have had 2 chairs to sit out and enjoy the weather.”

“Very attractively decorated property with lots of local musical memorabilia. Plenty of room for a family to spread out and quite comfy. Located close to Memphis attractions. Some minor maintenance issues (burned out bulbs, etc.) which were brought to the owner's attention.”

“Good location, easy access, only problem is no elevator & had to take our luggage up 3 small flight of stairs. Whew!!”

“We were right there, everywhere we wanted to go downtown was a 5-10 minute walk. The gated parking was nice and easy to access. Clean and cute living space. ”

“We came to Memphis on business, and chose this place because it had the best price. What we first pulled up, the neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but as advertised, it was clean and quiet all week. Amanda was wonderful to work with.”

“Property was perfect for our short visit to Memphis, condo had everything just as described, great on site gated parking, easy walk to Beale and Civil Rights museum, host was super responsive.”

“Parking lot had trash everywhere and big piles of trash too. Have to park in assigned spot so locals know you’re visiting. 4 locks on door is a big clue. Condo carpet stained but otherwise appeared clean. Probably cleaning chemical smell aggravated my allergies so didn’t even stay there. Owner graciously refunded cleaning fee. ”

“This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again.”
