He has clear instructions written out and posted. The property is EXACTLY as pictired online. All necessary supplies were supplied with plenty of extras. I LOVE the balcony and front porch! If you're wanting to sit out there, just bring a chair. I brought a beach chair and it was perfect. Also, Jason can't help this but the MOSQUITOES are……
