“The location was excellent. Very close to Beale Street and downtown. The house was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. ”

“The rental was amazing, spacious for what I was looking for, and overall very well furnished. The stay was for my niece's wedding where myself and my folks (grandparents to the bride 78 and 81) couldn't have been more happy with how nice and comfortable the rental was. Although there were many steps, my mother with 2 knee replacements and a shoulder replacement felt the stairs were wide and how nice the railing was to help here climb the steps. I'd recommend this beautiful place in the country……

“This was an AMAZING place to stay! Would highly recommend and will reuse when in the area again!! It is within walking distance to so many great locations! I stayed in town for a concert during this trip and was a short walk from the venue which was great! The zoo is also within walking distance if you’re up for a short 20 min walk that is quite pleasant and peaceful. Walk the other way and there are plenty of shops to explore! Host is VERY EXCELLENT and timely with responses to any questions or……

“This was an absolutely lovely place to stay for a long weekend and concert! While Memphis is a place that’s fairly local for my partner and I, it’s not for our friends-they loved it! The neighborhood is great; it’s quiet and safe. The location is convenient to downtown, Cooper Young, Overton Square, etc. The beds were comfy, it has a half bath(wasn’t mentioned in the listing so bonus!), the decor was fun, the kitchen was super cute too. The host was quick to respond to my questions and more than……

“Our trip was amazing. I told my mother-in-law for a doctors visit with a specialist in the area due to her vision issues. She felt extremely comfortable in the home and the park across the street was a treat for her to hear the children playing in the afternoons. During our stay we got a call that another family member with a high risk pregnancy had to be admitted for an emergency C-section in another state. We cut our trip short and the host (Nicole) was gracious and refunded our last……
