“The Roost is a very fun diner themed apartment which is located a convenient distance from Albany and Saratoga. It was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the one bedroom has a double and twin beds not two double beds. We had plenty of space, but the beds weren’t exactly as described. I would have loved a few notes on local restaurants, grocery stores etc - and some more detailed information about the space- but it didn’t negatively impact our stay in any way- would definitely……

“We only stayed for a few days visiting family. The property has been beautifully renovated. We really enjoyed our stay. Christina our host was very accomodating! ”

Just a note: the third bedroom was on the first floor through the garage, which we weren’t aware of, but the room location did not detract from our stay. It was great having the connected bathroom upstairs and the location was perfect for our trip. Would definitely stay again!”

“This was a freshly renovated historic home - very spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfy living room & beds and a beautiful deck (wish the weather cooperated...). The large grounds provided lots of privacy. Easy to get to from NY, CT and VT. Limited cell service in the area - which was a plus for escaping, yet easy access to the property's wifi. Short drives to Lenox were very scenic.”

“This is a longer but since there aren’t other reviews I want to make sure add details. The townhouse is 3 stories. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with king beds. The beds were comfortable, there is duel bathrooms between the bedrooms and the shower between those. Some of the doors didn’t latch close. There are blinds on the windows but no curtains so a lot of street light comes into the room at night. The shower had essentials and lots of closet space. 2nd story is the living room, kitchen, dining……

“This sturdy, small house has everything you need to enjoy a get-away by a pretty lake. Lakeview always available through the large living-room windows and convenient & spacious dining area. 2 porches with seating are lit in evenings for a cozy feel. In addition, there is a large side/back yard with a fire pit, seating & ambiance lights.
