“Very nice and friendly people. Just the house was a little cold they could have adjusted the temperature to a warmer temp. Other than that it was great.”

“This property is something i will never comeback or recommend to my friends. First day of arrival the room does not have towels ready, no toiletries aside from tissues. Looks like they did not clean the room as there is 1 towel hanging in the cabinet that smells armpit so disgusting. I have to call them and waited hours for them to bring. We booked for 2 and they gave us only 1. I have to call again next day to bring additional TOWEL. HEY someone already booked the room weeks ago and youre not……

“The staff communicated with us at all times, they were friendly and always willing to help. The property is secure and the room comfortable and clean. The location is excellent a few blocks from the train station. It is a good option to stay at an economical price.”

“The apartment itself is quiet the upstairs neighbors was not quiet over my head and they kept locking the outside door when we didn't have a key to unlock it fortunately someone from my group was always in the apartment to come open the door. ”

“it was awful. we get told that we are going to a different home than we paid for, get there to a problem with the keys, and a child showed up to help us, we get into our room and the room next to us is duck taped shut with other people on the other side. ”

“On the listing it said this room would sleep 6, but it really only sleeps 2. I spoke with the property manager and he said he would lay down a mattress (there were 4 of us) and when we got there they refused to do that. We were forced to book a 2nd room. ”

"我們住了兩晚，被安排在42樓，這角度的高樓的景觀，真是太棒了！這個價格還含早餐，真是非常值得！房間內有冰箱，但沒有微波爐，也沒有拖鞋、牙刷、牙膏，更沒有洗手乳、乳液，只有沐浴乳、洗髮精、潤髮乳，以及一個肥皂，飯店內雖有瓶裝水，但是是要付費的喔！要注意！不過走廊上都有飲水機、製冰機。"

"1. Prepaid all nights through hotel.com but hotel is still proceed the payment by first 3 days when I argue 2 times then stop the payment. 2. Air conditioner could not be adjustable and super cool all the time. 3. The escalators are very poor and always shut down. Says can WhatsApp their front desk for pick up services by foreigners but do not have WhatsApp services by the appointed phone number. Need to call them but almost waiting at least 10 mins to pick me up. 4. The keys both of them are not working. "
