“My coworkers and I rented this for a trip to New Jersey and New York.The house is older, but well cared for. It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. You are not allowed to park on the street in front of the house, but on the……

“The unit is simple, quaint, & super practical for a stay in Hoboken. We stayed for 3 days to visit our daughter for her birthday. NYC is a 25 min bus or train ride. We used Uber to American Dream. Unit was clean, & AJ is super responsive. We plan to stay again! ”

“This place was just want we wanted.. a place close but far from the city for us to get to everyday. We drove into the city 30 mins or less. Shopping center and supermarkets nearby. Nice neighborhood. Had 2ft unit and top floor. Our boys loved the bunk beds and all the TVs already had hook up to Netflix Disney etc. .. only note make sure to bring extension bc there are not nightstands in the rooms to plug in your phones and rest them at night. Other than that would def stay there again . ……

“Mostly high marks.We were missing wardrobe hooks for few days. CO detector made high frequency tones for two days, immediately when I wrote remark to the property manager, some guy came and remove completely detector.”

“Location, location, location. This apartment was clean and cozy. But you can't beat the location. It's central to restaurants and shopping. And is a walk to all transportation to NYC and NJ. We'll be back ”

“This condo was a small space, but it worked for our short visit to New York. If you planned on eating at the condo there isn't actually a kitchen so you can't really cook anything. We couldn't find the thermostat and it was very warm inside but we survived. The place was really clean though and overall was a nice place. ”
