“Wonderful place to stay!”

“The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. They checked you in by telling you to “fill out this paper”,……

“I definitely recommend a stay at this establishment. I did have a bit of difficulty finding the property after a very long drive. The staff was friendly. The property was clean and welcoming. There wasn't much to see out of the windows. We did watch an extremely long train go by at one point, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was as the train passed. There is some construction nearby also. It appears the area nearby was going through transition. Our room was lovely. I have never……

“Easy check-in, pool was open until 10, 24 hr fitness, great breakfast, easy parking. The person who checked us in, was busy--hotel was full and she was alone--but took the time to be personable, professional, speedy with the check-in process. A little mold in the bathroom, water pressure was low in the shower are the worst I could I find to complain about. Would stay again. ”
