“I stayed here with my 5 year old daughter. We very much enjoyed this property, the convenience of having beach chairs and cooler, and the close access to the beach! I also appreciated having a washer/dryer in unit. Mary was very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again! ”

“Exactly as pictured. Very cozy & clean. Easy communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay but really appreciate accuracy, so as not to be disappointed. We knew the cottage was not ON the beach, but we did expect an ocean view as stated. You only see other rooftops and parking lots. And although there is parking for each unit, those in the front of the alleyway cannot get out, so it creates a little tension. We had someone banging on our door late at night because they couldn’t get out. We……

“Citrus Cottage was terrific. This was our second time and we enjoyed our stay. The Cottage was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we could walk to downtown easily. The Farmer's Market was a nice surprise. ”

The house was nicely furnished with a fresh feeling, And had all of the basics that you would need to feel comfortable for the week. When I discovered the beach cooler had some mildew because of standing water, Grace immediately dispatched her maintenance person to deliver a brand new one at our doorstep within hours. She truly cares about your stay and about you being comfortable, which is very important……
