“Not the first time to stay in this hotel, the standard is as good as few years ago. They have even upgraded us to an air conditioning room, The lobby bar lady is as friendly as before and the food is even better. The hotel has even improved a lot for everything, I will surely recommend my friends to stay in The Thistle.”

“我住了4個晚上。 1）Reception 的櫃台人員非常友善，動作也很快，很好。 2）早餐我大多都是10:00左右去用餐。食物常常沒有補足，總是沒有咖啡杯和茶杯，擺放食物的餐台常常很亂。 3）因為總是沒有咖啡杯和茶杯，還有兩次熱水壺裡沒有熱開水，我得要請服務人員幫忙，我通常都要講好幾次才有人會處理。 4）退房時間是11:00。我要退房那天早上8:30，我還在睡覺，房務人員就來敲門了，問我要退房了嗎⋯⋯請問這是五星級飯店的水準嗎⋯⋯”
