“We spent three nights in London (including New Year's Eve). The apartment is beautifully designed, small but sufficient for a family of five, and located in a good and safe area. Communication with the owners / agency was uncomplicated. I would rent this apartment again and can only recommend it.”

“We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.”
