“There is no on site staff. Communication is bad. Due to the traveling, we missed the email on the door code. So when we arrived, we called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no answer and that was between 3pm to 4pm. We asked around and figured out via Expedia, your website and searched all our emails. Finally we were able to get into the property - an hour and half after arriving. The shower room did not have a hand rail - concerning the safety. ”

“We had a lovely stay in Kihei, and this property provided a comfortable and centrally located base for us to explore Maui. We particularly liked the proximity to food trucks at South Maui Gardens and grocery stores, as well as local beaches (Little Beach in Makena State Park was our favorite). Cloy, the owner, was very responsive, and his place was well appointed with essentials for making a Maui visit as wonderful as it could be. Two thumbs up!”
