“It was absolutely filthy!! The room we were given had the beds made- however; every surface, even light switches and picture frames were coated thickly with beer, sperm, and sputum!! The health department should do an inspection ASAP! We intend to receive a refund and we went to another hotel. ”

“The home was beautiful! We were in town for my father in law's memorial service and needed a place for the siblings and a gathering place for family. Frank's property was PERFECT. We were able to receive and entertain family and guests comfortably. Every utensil I needed to cook was there. The backyard was perfect for the little ones to play and tire themselves out. We had no issues at all. Thanks again Frank for providing the perfect stay during one of the most difficult times in our lives. ”

We had to book rooms down the street which more than doubled the cost of our trip. I can’t get a response from the hotel and hotels.com is supposed to be ‘looking into it’ but we’re a month past and still nothing! This is simply shameful!”
