“We enjoyed the weekend at the home. We were in town for a family wedding. The lake was beautiful to see with snow and ice. The property was well taken care of and the walkway was clear and salted during our icy cold weekend. We appreciated the communication, cleanliness, and plenty of space for the family. ”

“My family had a wonderful stay at the Cleveland home, which was conveniently located in a beautiful area just outside of the city. The house was lovely and outfitted with everything we needed. The living areas were bright and spacious, and everyone enjoyed the indoor pool with the big-screen television! Host communication was exceptional. Everything was perfect, and we would stay here again!”

“Great property in a very wooded neighborhood. Decorated wonderfully. We enjoyed the record player and records in the basement living room. My family lives near the house and we traveled from out of state. It was so nice to participate in family events and have a place for myself at the end of the day. ”

“This was a great place for our big family to stay. One family stay one side and the other family stayed on other side. It worked out great. Love the location near where are family from Cleveland Hts lived. Needed more towel racks for wet towels after the shower. One dishwasher didn’t work . All in all it was a great place for everyone to be together.”

“Our four days at Mentor-on-the-Lake were truly delightful. The attention to detail was impressive, from the Q-tips to the owner personally coming by to move the trash cans. I particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the scenic view of Lake Erie. The sunroom was an absolute delight, and I loved the beautiful book collection. It was refreshing to have no televisions in two of the three bedrooms. Despite the sadness that brought us there, it was a lovely getaway—a true slice of heaven. The fireplace……

“Beautiful facility and secured wonderfully. Extra charges not described on Hotels.com. Communication is horrible. Hard to get it. Email arrived 2 hours late. Beds and couch leave some to be desired. Pillows are horrible. Lamp flickers.”
