“For location, I liked that the ski access was across the parking lot. For the room, the microwave and Keurig coffee maker were both broken. The bed was comfortable. The building could use an elevator. Be ready to haul your stuff up two flights of stairs. It was very affordable.”

“Easy check in, amazing location right on the mountain, a little outdated but had all the basic amentities that are needed. Pull out couch bed upstairs not comfortable. Good communication. Did I say great location?”

“The location of this condo is a quick walk down the bunny slope to the South lodge. I was very easy to drop our daughter off at ski lessons and also to get back to the condo for lunch after skiing. It is a true ski in/out location! The owner/manager was very helpful and great to deal with. The condo itself is as it appears in the ad. It's not huge but 4 of us were comfortable. It's a little dated but clean and very convenient. We all had a very nice stay.”

“John’s place was great to stay in, perfect size for two people. John was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. I only gave 4 stars due to not realizing we were below another apartment, and the people above were very loud. Other than that, it was a great stay and close to everything. ”

“What an incredible view this place has, especially for sunsets. The pictures online do not do it justice. Also, it's a great location to get to so many iconic NH tourist spots. Everyday we were out visiting places like The Kancamagus Highway, North Conway, Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, LL Bean Outlet, the Flume Gorge, etc... It was the best rental (and most comfortable) compared to all of our other rentals in our 6 weeks on the road. Hope to go again. The only problem was the directions sent took……
