“Host was great! Went out of her way to help us and allowed us to drop our bags off early. Home is very quaint and in a great location. If you’re skirmish about cockroaches, be aware that there are several. host. Said that is typical for this time of year, but they did freak us out as they were large and flying. We loved the location and our hosts. ”

“If you want to stay outside the city this is a great place to make home base. It is about 35 min from CBD. Quite , peaceful, comfortable, well maintained, well appointed, and the best of host. What more can you want?”

“A bit disappointing. No lounge. Full stove and oven but no table to eat on. Cleaning materials stored in the outdoor seating area. Damaged power point in living space Very comfortable bed, Air conditioning suited well to the space. Very small for a family”

“Location is perfect and convenient. Everything in the hotel is so far so good, reception staff is friendly and helpful. However, it is strange that the hotel price does not include toothpaste and slippers, or the guest is required to pay extra to get these amenities. Luckily, I have brought my own stuff. It is suggested that to give ahead to the guest before their arrival enable them to know how to make preparation. ”

"In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. I would like to lodge a complaint for our suffered and argue for compensation that we have spent over $1200 a night stay was absolutely nightmare. Regards Mark Chow "
