“Located adjacent to the Knoxville Market Square, the Oliver is very comfortable, with friendly staff and an excellent adjacent restaurant, as well as numerous options nearby. Worth the effort of navigating street/utility construction in the area (April 2025). Valet parking helped! ”

“Love staying here as you can walk to Market Square or Gay Street where all the restaurants are. Don't like that they charge you $35 a day to self park. We found out that you can park at the Locust Street garage next door and paid $7 for a week day, all day and it is free on the weekends. So save your money and park here. 2 min walk at most.”

“One night stay. Hotel definitely looked the best of the ones at the exit. Everything was very fresh and clean. Staff was very friendly and abundant. Free coffee and bottled water all the time. Ok breakfast with hot and cold options. Fun pool table and beer taps in the lobby. Nice stay for the price. Fitness center looked well Equipped as well ”
