“Staying at the Crown Plaza is always a positive experience. Customer service is always very good. Overall, this hotel is beginning to feel a little bit tired with dated workout areas, and room bathrooms. That said, they are perfectly acceptable. My only strong criticism is that there are a lot of large dogs allowed in the hotel. Even though the rooms appear clean, is still kind of grosses me out to think I could be staying in a room where dogs were running free before I arrived.”

“We always stay here the night before a flight. Eliminates the frantic drive to the airport, with no risk of missing a flight for some unforeseen circumstance. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Can't beat just waking up in the morning, getting dressed, having a leisurely breakfast, and then walking to your gate. ”

“Our room was clean and the staff took good care of us. Only things I would say needed attention was the water pooling on the first floor staircase and the pool had quite a few dead bugs in it for it being an indoor pool. ”
