“This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. “Spacious, ideally located, well kept home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were no busy roads nearby, yet it was only a 10 minute drive into Seneca Falls for groceries and whatever else we needed. Plenty of room inside and, with two porches and a small patio, plenty outside as well. It's not obvious from the property photos, but I do want to emphasize that there are two full sized porches, an upper and a lower. “We (my husband, our sons and their families) stayed in this lovely home for almost a week. Everyone had enough space to be comfortable. In addition, the hosts did many things to make us feel welcome. The linens provided were good quality, the home was clean, and all our questions were answered promptly. If you are visiting the Finger Lakes area, I highly recommend this listing!”
