“Overall this is a great house on the lake! The parking situation is a bit of a headache if you have you have more then 2 cars. The auxiliary parking at deans cove state park is confusing. It clearly states no overnight parking there, even though this is the direction from the owners. One of our cars received a warning ticket on the last night of our stay. Also make sure to bring cleaning supplies. Specifically trash bags and dish soap. We quickly ran out of the small amount that were left……

“6 of us retired ladies stayed for 2 nights to explore the area. It was a wonderful house for us all to stay. Lots of room for us to spread out if we wanted to, and plenty of space for us to do a puzzle and play cards at night. It was close to everything that we wanted to see. Easy to get to. The views out the front windows of the lake were fabulous! ”

“We enjoyed our three night stay here in Auburn. This charming efficiency had everything we needed and is within easy walking distance to everything in Auburn. There is a full sized refrigerator, a stove, microwave, and excellent coffee maker. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable. A really large parking area is a plus.”

“Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. “Everything was just so beautiful, from the gardens, the art in the home and the layout of the home! Our host, Rose, was so serene and kind. She gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities, she was wonderful! Our breakfasts were delicious, locally sourced, hearty and decadent. The spa was one of the best massages I have ever had! We will definitely return! ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the farmhouse. The property is beautiful. The house has been renovated with all the modern fixtures and amenities, but they managed to retain the charm of the old farmhouse.
